• Current condition: a new deck, or removing and renewing old teak? Removal means extra labour.
• Seams and details: corner transitions, curves and seam work affect the price.

Seams only, or full?

If the teak is still thick, seam renewal is far more economical. If thinned, a full deck is needed; we measure teak thickness at the survey and advise correctly.
